Small business owners and managers face many legal issues throughout the life of a business. In this course, you will take a practical approach to learning about the Canadian legal framework, including key legal obligations and responsibilities specific to small business. The skills gained in this course will allow you to develop awareness of legal issues, find answers to your legal questions or know when to engage legal assistance, and to manage the legal affairs that you and your business will encounter.

Your classes are scheduled for certain dates and times, and students are expected to be in class, online, during the dates/times noted. All your course activity is done online and there is no requirement to be on campus. This course section is NOT setup to be accessed at flexible times by students.
