Creating a business model will allow you to explore how the Business Model Canvas template works. Strategize how your business ideal (idea) can deliver value to customers and profitability to shareholders. Business models are used to describe a firm's philosophy, infrastructure, customer base and finances; allowing you to illustrate potential and expansion possibilities. The skills obtained in this course will allow you to develop, design, challenge and pivot your business idea. Analyze possibilities, actively validate assumptions and examine the potential value position of your business idea.

Your classes are scheduled for certain dates and times, and students are expected to be in class, online, during the dates/times noted. All your course activity is done online and there is no requirement to be on campus. This course section is NOT setup to be accessed at flexible times by students.
